Learn about Lysosomal Storage Disorders
Lysosomal Storage Disorders, or LSDs, are rare genetic diseases caused by a problem with a particular enzyme in the body. There are over 40 diseases classified as LSDs, and while individually each of these diseases is relatively rare, grouped together they affect 1 in about every 7,000 people1.
